Big Brain Leveraging Solutions

People make sense in context.

BBLS brings psychotherapy, organizational inquiry, leadership learning, and public writing into one home. Each has its own purpose; all begin with attention to how people are shaped by relationships, histories, and systems.

01

Orientation

Why these forms of work belong together.

BBLS works where inner life, relationships, leadership, power, and systems meet. It begins from the premise that human experience is not produced in isolation, and that meaningful change requires attention to both the person and the conditions surrounding them.

The work takes different forms—clinical, organizational, educational, and public—but shares a common orientation: stay close to lived experience, question inherited assumptions, and resist easy answers when the situation asks for deeper attention.

About Nikki, and the questions behind BBLS.

I am a licensed clinical social worker, clinician, and doctoral candidate in Leadership Studies at the University of Southern Maine. Across settings, I am interested in how people make meaning, how power moves through relationships, and what conditions make more ethical forms of life and work possible.
