Some thoughts arrive before their form does. They are not yet research, not quite an essay, and too alive to be reduced to content. They may begin with a sentence in a book, a contradiction inside a familiar practice, a conversation that keeps moving after it ends, or a question that refuses to become efficient.

The Third Space is where those thoughts can remain in motion. It sits beside the clinical practice and the developing organizational work without becoming either one. Here, I can wax poetic about care, leadership, power, aliveness, philosophy, institutions, and the strangeness of trying to live ethically inside systems that often reward something else.

This is a notebook in public—not a claim to final authority. Entries may be exploratory, personal, scholarly, critical, playful, or unresolved. I expect to revise my thinking. I hope readers will bring their own.
